Wild Garlic & Laver salt 85g Dried & toasted Laver, the national seaweed of Wales, has been mixed with wild garlic leaves and sea salt to make this flavoursome sprinkle. Aromas of the sea make it the perfect accompaniment to sea food or sushi (Laver is the same seaweed as Nori in Japanese cuisine), perfect to use as a rub or can be used instead of salt on pretty much everything.

Dried wild Porcini, the king of mushrooms, has been finely ground and mixed with sea salt to create a rich, earthy condiment. Add a sprinkle to risotto, pasta sauces, soups & stews to add depth, flavour and a touch of wildness. Use sparingly, like salt. A little goes a long way.
Chanterelle Mushroom Seasoning 20g
Ground Chanterelle mushrooms have been blended with sorrel & wild garlic seeds, wild thyme and freshly ground black pepper. This is a delicious, fragrant condiment, a teaspoon of which will transform potatoes, creamy sauces, risottos and scrambled egg.

The petals of the wild dog rose and the fragrant rosa Canina are infused in water, with sugar & lemon juice, to make this sweet, floral syrup. Popular in the Middle East, where it is eaten with natural yoghurt. Delicious poured over icecream & pancakes, or added to champagne for a very special drink.
Rose Petal Vinegar 100g
The petals of the wild dog rose and the fragrant rosa Canina are used to make this sweet, floral vinegar. For a delicious dressing, drizzle over salads and goats cheese or add a splash to a fruit salad.
A set of three Hedgerow Vinegars. All of Jades vinegars are made using white wine vinegar- the Rose petal and Blackberry Vinegars also contain sugar.
Rosepetal Vinegar- A sweet fragrant vinegar made using the petals of the wild Dog Rose and Rosa Rugosa (which gives it the amazing pink colour). This vinegar is perfect on fruit salads or goats cheese or add a splash of it to hot or cold drinks.
Meadowsweet Vinegar- A pale savoury vinegar-perfect in salad dressings.
Blackberry Vinegar- A rich, sweet, fruity vinegar traditionally used as a cold remedy in a hot drink. This also makes a good salad dressing vinegar or is used as an alternative to Balsamic.
